(Email Infrastructure)
Cold email infrastructure, set up and monitored.
Summary: We send cold email from separate secondary domains, never your main one, with Google and Microsoft inboxes split to match where your buyers’ email is hosted. Every domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warmed up for at least two weeks, and checked every week for bounces, replies, inbox placement and blocklists.
Why not send from your main domain?
Your main domain carries your team’s everyday email: proposals, invoices, support. If cold email damages its reputation, all of that starts landing in spam too. Secondary domains that redirect to your website keep the two apart.
What’s included?
- A check of which email providers your buyers use, so your inboxes match them.
- Secondary domains and inboxes, set up and redirected to your site.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every domain, with DMARC reporting switched on.
- Two to four weeks of warm-up while we map your market.
- Your sequencer set up and connected, Instantly or Smartlead.
- Weekly monitoring once campaigns are live.
What do we check every week?
- Bounce rate per inbox
- Reply rate by domain
- Inbox placement tests
- Domain health and blocklists
- DMARC reports
Deliverability rarely fails loudly. It decays quietly, so we catch problems before your team feels them.

Questions
- Will cold email hurt our main domain?
- Not the way we run it. We never send from your main domain. Campaigns go out from secondary domains we set up, authenticate and warm before anything is sent.
- How long does warm-up take?
- Two to four weeks, never less than two. It runs while we map your market, so it doesn’t delay anything.
- Which sequencer do you use?
- We work with Instantly and Smartlead. If you already use one, we set up inside it.
